Recently, the Village experienced a failure of the Server that stores all data for all of the departments of the Village. On very short notice, INFITECH sent staff to the site, evaluated the situation, and prepared a solution plan. The same day INFITECH staff modified their schedules to address our emergency needs, built a new server to replace the failed one and configured our network to meet the upcoming CJIS requirements mandated for our Police Department by the FBI. INFITECH staffed the project in a manner that expedited the replacement. They reloaded all of our data and worked dilegently overnight so we were fully productive the following morning. The expedited emergency work was performed at a very reasonable cost. This incident is the type of service that gives me the utmost confidence in INFITECH and its staff. As a small government agency, our computer system is essential for efficiently conducting and providing critical government services. With a very limited Information Technology Budget, INFITECH has always provided excellent value for the taxpayers of the community with superb support that allows us to maintain productivity while being fiscally responsible. Secondly, working with us to have the install completed over the weekend while our office was closed, and most importantly being on site the day after installation to address issues that came up as the office staff began a new work week.
